UnBELIZEable...

For two weeks in January, I was fortunate enough to spend some time in Belize for school. Made possible by ProWorld, we stayed in San Ignacio and held four clinics in different villages within the Cayo District. Our main focuses were health education, prevention and minor check-ups (blood pressure & sugar). Many, if not all 300+ locals that we saw showed an enormous amount of gratitude to us (some of which do not have access healthcare).

Aside from the clinics, we spent our free days exploring Belize. Such a beautiful and welcoming country. 

I can honestly say I miss it and want to go back.... now.

A Little Slice of Home...

Two weeks sure does fly... now back to the grind of Nursing School!

Took a quick trip up to my parent's house in the Bay Area with my boyyy and did a side trip to the ever so lovely San Francisco :)

Oh, and my trusty M3 decided to not come back to school with me... 

died- sad day, indeed.

However, the MINI s is proving to be a fun little one to drive around town.

Happy to get back to books (sort of)

Clinicals are more fun anyways ;)
